These Terms & Conditions apply to the BridgeOS browser extension and its optional online services (e.g. sign-in, Cloud Sync, membership billing, and service health status). By using BridgeOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and uninstall the extension.
1. Service
Section titled “1. Service”- BridgeOS provides cross-platform transfer/delivery, local Library, optional Cloud Sync, and membership features.
- Some features require necessary site permissions and/or signing in from within the extension.
- We may adjust features, quotas, and supported platforms over time.
2. Accounts & online services
Section titled “2. Accounts & online services”- You can use part of BridgeOS without signing in.
- If you sign in with Google, we process the minimal OAuth identity information required to provide Cloud Sync and membership entitlements.
- Online services are optional; you can sign out or disable Cloud Sync at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Section titled “3. Acceptable use”- Do not use BridgeOS for illegal activities, malicious automation, abuse, attacks, or bypassing security restrictions.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process and transfer any content you use with BridgeOS.
- We may rate-limit or block abnormal requests for security and abuse prevention.

Section titled “5. Disclaimer”BridgeOS is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or availability. Due to third-party website changes (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/NotebookLM), network issues, or permission restrictions, features may break or behave unexpectedly.
6. Limitation of liability
Section titled “6. Limitation of liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use BridgeOS.
7. Changes
Section titled “7. Changes”We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be updated on this page. Continued use of BridgeOS after changes takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
