Cloud Sync

Cloud Sync is an optional online capability for BridgeOS:

• Sync data across devices
• Backup eligible export cache files
• Provide membership/session context for entitlements

Open Cloud Sync

1. Open the popup
2. Click “Hub”
3. Go to “Cloud Sync”

Steps

Recommended order:

1. Enable Cloud Sync
2. Sign in with Google
3. (Optional) confirm datasets to sync
4. Click “Sync Now”

What gets synced?

Cloud Sync uses datasets such as:

• Library items/index
• BridgeOS settings (theme/language/Quick Send/default NotebookLM notebook)
• Export cache metadata

Export backup

If you use ChatGPT/NotebookLM export, BridgeOS stores export cache locally. Cloud Sync provides actions to upload eligible export blobs to the cloud (subject to size limits).

Common errors

• baseUrl is not configured: the build environment is missing backend config.
• Not signed in / Missing bearer token: sign in again.
